I rented an apartment at The Lennox from 2024 to 2026 and was very pleased with my stay. The building offers several strong advantages that made my experience consistently positive.
Among the key strengths, I would highlight:

Very low utility costs. My monthly electricity bills were typically around 50-75 CAD, and there were no additional charges (home internet was paid separately). This was a major benefit, especially compared with a private apartment I lived in previously (basement), where winter heating (natural gas based) cost 150–200 CAD per month.

Very professional staff. The building manager was always ready to help and fairly addressed routine issues.

Excellent cleaning and maintenance. The cleaner consistently kept the premises in great condition. I would especially like to acknowledge Superintendent Rafael, who always resolved maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Although in my case, such issues were quite rare :)

A well‑organized waste management system. Residents have the ability to thoroughly separate waste into multiple fractions: organics, recyclables (paper&cardboard and mixed recyclables), large items, and residual waste. This system is convenient and environmentally responsible.

High‑quality amenities. The building offers a realistically accessible party room, quite a big cinema room, and a pleasant outdoor BBQ area that creates a romantic atmosphere.

The reason I moved out was simply the need for a larger apartment, as my children are growing very quickly :) By the time my lease expired, no suitable larger units were available in the building.

Monica (Wemlio) met me as soon as I entered the building. She had organized tours of a two bedroom and the larger one bedroom+den apartments, with the current tenants. I was shown all venues available for use by tenants, and for rent if tenants are hosting an event. Lovely rooftop patio and noted how clean the building was. Appreciated being able to ask current tenants a few questions about their units.

As a tenant here, I have had nothing but a great experience! I would definitely recommend renting here! Best apartment I have lived in.
