I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment! The building is very new, modern, and located in a convenient area, just a short walk to Dows Lake subway station and close to parks and restaurants. The unit itself is comfortable and well-designed, with both the heating and air conditioning working perfectly, which made it easy to stay comfortable year-round.

The amenities are excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very useful for daily life. Whenever I ran into small issues, such as a few temporary hot water outages, the management team responded quickly and resolved everything without hassle. The property manager Wemilo and concierge Rafael are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents.
