emma was very kind and communicative in helping me to book viewing. isabella showed us around and answered all of our questions. she was very friendly and informative and we appreciated her help.

We moved to the Lennox last year from overseas and the communication from the Lennox office staff from the beginning has always been thorough and professional. They were helpful and answered our questions in a timely manner.
As with any new builds there are growing pains; the office staff Wemilo and the superintendent Raphael insured any immediate and necessary repairs were taken care of. Wemilo has been helpful and understanding and stays professional. Raphael is a wonderful superintendent, he is friendly, kind and always has a welcoming smile.
The windows seal well and this helps aid in any outside street noise which is important as a shift worker.
Any concerns with the AC/Heat have been attended to and our system has been working efficiently after the initial bugs have been worked out.
I enjoy having a gym to use and we really like the rooftop and its' amenities', it is lovely up there and the furniture is very comfortable. We do not use the common room or the movie room too often but the size of these and comfort is a plus, especially when you need some extra space.
The building is pet friendly which is great for many of us.
The location is great, Little Italy is a quick walk, Dows lake is also very close and the community behind us is beautiful and the O Train is a great public transportation option to go into Ottawa and other areas including the airport.
Overall this was great apartment for us to transition back to Canada.
